Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

Australian Fashion Academy requires all students attending courses to maintain a professional and courteous manner to other participants and the Academy lecturers.

All courses are for small groups and are based on class participation and interaction between the students and lecturers.

Australian Fashion Academy reserves the right to cancel any students attendance in these courses due to disruptive and or rude behavior.

Students attending should look forward to being in a happy and positive learning environment and being empowered with new skills and knowledge to assist you in your chosen career

Australian Fashion Academy welcomes applicants from all over the world. All classes are taught in English so preference for enrollment will be given to applicants who are fluent in written and oral English language.

It is a requirement that confirmed bookings received from overseas students provide the Australian Fashion Academy with your Australian contact details during the course and also full phone/fax/email and address details of your residence in the two (2) weeks prior to course commencement for the purpose of communications/changes to venue etc.

There are no travel related costs, personal items or residential living cost payable by the Australian Fashion Academy - all expenses are payable by the applicant.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Australian Fashion Academy reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course for any reason. In the event of a course cancellation, you will be given the opportunity to transfer your tuition to a future course or to receive a full refund of all fees paid. Allow up to two (2) weeks for refunds to be processed.

Course fees are are not dependant on attendance. It is the students responsibility to catch up.

Desposits and fee payments are non-refundable.

Once your deposit has been received you will be sent a letter or contacted by Australian Fashion Academy confirming your place in the course.

Cancellations, withdrawals and requests for transfer for any reason whatsoever from a course must be received in writing.

* To secure you place on a course please send a non-refundable deposit of $750 no later than 14 days prior to commencement of course date.

If a student is unable to complete a course for whatever reason the student is still obliged to pay the entire course fees. If the student wishes to complete the course at a later date the student will be required to apply for re-enrollment without receiving a credit or any previously paid fees.

 

COURSE FEES

Course fees can be paid by direct transfer or cheque. All cheques should be made payable to Australian Institute of Fashion Design (all fees $AUD).

All fees include GST.

To secure you place on a course please send a non-refundable deposit of $750.

Courses are filled on a first come, first served basis to those who pay the course deposit.

Course positions cannot be held unless a course deposit is paid.
